Maple View's County Line Creamery Company

Excellent local ice cream shop. We always stop by when in the area. Everything we have tried has always been delicious.

I (as well as rest of my family) was a huge fan of this place when it was known as six scoops. I was familiar with Maple View and a fan as well (lived in Hillsborough for a stretch). Even after Maple View took over the ice cream is still outstanding and worth your time. A local highlight!

Very good ice cream. Self made, they own the dairy, milk the cows, sell the ice cream! At the original shop they also sell the milk. What I like: Blueberry sorbet is great. Excellent butter pecan. Other flavors also very good. Also good milkshakes :) but couldn't make a malt. :(

They used to have yummy homemade Waffle cups and cones. When they carry them again I will return as a customer, for me those are required. Then I'll give 5 stars.

There is only one flavor I don't order. I didn't like the strawberry, it's real strawberries in vanilla ice cream. The berries are hard frozen and in a strawberry shake all you taste is vanilla. I like strawberry juice mixed with the cream, but that's just my personal taste.

Great hometown atmosphere and great ice cream that's made right there in the back. Prices are decent and the staff and polite and professional. All in all,a great place to bring the kids for a cheap little outing
