Waffle House

The staff was shorthanded... First shift didn't make sure second shift was prepared, so they were out of onions. The waitress we had was very nice and did very well considering she was the only one there, besides the cook!!!

Food was good. I just feel they should wear hair nets especially when you have alot of hair. The cook he had alot of hair mostly braided but no hat or net. My waitress had hair pulled over the sides of her hat so it was no need for it. I guess it was a head band for her

Food was good and hot. Service was fair, not friendly. Tables all had dirty dishes on them and only 1 table was being used. Floor was filthy trash in parking lot. Waitress busy on phones, social media, instead of cleaning up from rush.

Love the food. One of my favorites serving breakfast all day! Service could definitely be upgraded. Some very good employees and a lot of new employees that are not up to working alone. All-Star breakfast can't be beat!

3rd shift was Great! Eve ,Marcus, Tony and the other cook, displayed wonderful customer service. They were friendly took our order right away, and gave Great conversation. Our food came quickly just as we had order it, The taste quality of our food was better than expected.
