Waffle House

The food was great the waitress was great her name was Rose very very pleasant lady who was a joy and great comfort sitting there eating our food with me and my nephew I took my nephew after lunch it was awesome and this want to tell you thank you Miss Rose

I've had issues with this waffle House in the past but things have gotten leagues better. A major part of that is our waitress Janelle, she is amazing! Super kind, nice to or soon, to us, and just generally a pleasure to be around! Food is great as usual, its all about the hash browns, and everything is cooked just the way we order it.

Had a wonderful meal and time with my husband and son. The waitress was outstanding and I would go back just because of her. Janelle is a great employee and provides the level of the customer service that everyone hopes to have anywhere that they go.

Team building is hard, and it only takes one employee with a bad attitude to make an impression. 4 stars because management handled this very well by taking the employee off the floor for discussion while the rest of the team looked at each other with understanding (like this is a common thing). I will pray that the team member in question improves and grows or their time at WaHo will probably be short. Food as always is a greasy spoon classic. No better grits to be found! I will continue to frequent here.

Food was quick and on point. Asked for bacon instead of sausage in my hash brown bowl and the cook was aware enough to chop the bacon up without me asking. Good stuff!
