Dickeys Barbecue Pit

I come all the way from SC just get a meal here, service is always friendly and efficient. The food is always excellent, I hope they open on in Columbia.

We checked out the menu and ordered online for our family. Requested pick up time and paid by CC. Received an email confirmation but got to restaurant and no record of my order. They were kind enough to make our order. They even refunded our money. They were great to make it right. The beef brisket was excellent!!

We recently moved here from Kansas City, MO. so I can be a bit of a BBQ Princess. Dickeys is the best around and the flavor is wonderful. Always hot and the staff is so accommodating and professional. Reeves should get a Gold Star for how well he runs this location. Always has a positive attitude and is one of the hardest working people I know. He goes out of his way to make sure you are pleased with your order and truly represents Dickeys well. Keep up the good work Reeves and staff.

It’s difficult to determine which barbecue sauce is best, their original or the sweet sauce. Both are outstanding. The staff is always friendly. Beware, that at lunch and dinner hours, the lines can be long, but to be expected with a place that serves barbecue this good.
