Burger King

I love bk. They also have some good bacon burgers. And their fish sandwich isn't bad at ll

I normally love burger king and will go out of my way to find one over any other fast food hamburger joint. But this time was a pure disappointment. They got my order all wrong so I had to wait for them to fix it. Then when they did fix it my fries and onion rings were so cold it was gross. By the time I got new fries and rings of course my other food was cooks but I said screw it because this was going to be a vicious cycle. Got home with my order and we noticed they threw in some funnel fries as a bonus for the trouble I guess. Which was really nice of them we thought. We took one it to bite it and I almost broke a tooth on it!!! It was so rock hard that I could have used it to hammer in a nail. My 3 yr old but it in his mouth and said yucky and spit it out. Also when we opened the burgers the ones we had to wait for four them to redo were still wrong!!! So I was not Happy at all with this visit. Normally they are on top of their game and the food is hot as fresh. Guess this visit was an off day.

This really is one of my favorite BK locations. I can't remember the guys name to save my life, but the team leader with long dreads is one of this location's greatest assets. He's always smiling and makes sure everything is right. I've never had an order screwed up while he's working.

I left my purse here last week and the staff was SO HELPFUL. They kept my purse and wallet until the next day and coordinated a time of pick up with me since I was coming from out of state. FANTASTIC customer service.
