Ramen Soul

To start I’ve been trying to go to this place for almost a month. One thing or another seemed to prevent that from happening. Finnally got to today and it was by all rights worth the wait for sure! I ordered Ramen while the wife had build your own poke bowl (just started today). They were both well beyond expectation. Everything from the fresh ingredients to the phenomenal presentation was to die for and that’s just the food. All the while the atmosphere and decor are up to date and very comforting. Music themed art is always very cool. The staff and service as well are far from sub par the general manager made sure to make and aperance to make sure everything was going well. The waitress was sweet and knowledgeable as well as willing to answer any questions we had. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dining area in the Lake Norman area.

The atmosphere and service is great. I love paper straws. But unfortunately the appetizers are so expensive for what little you're getting. The shio ramen chicken is a weird texture that grossed me out. Also I thought they got really carried away with spice and grease. I really like this place and I hate saying something negative. Its still an authentic and relaxing place. I will come back and try again.

Delicious! I tried a chicken wrap, beef and shrimp Ramen and they were simply delicious. Every meal had its own unique taste and character. I definitely reccomend this place!

Amazing food and a unique restaurant theme. A little bit of soul food mixed with Ren noodle soup. The bowls are big so you definitely get what you pay for. Service is quick and pleasant.
