Toucan's Lakefront

Stopped by today, we were very happy with the food. Everything was fresh. We had Clam chowder, shrimp tacos, calamari, oriental chicken wrap, everything was good. Only complaint they don’t serve alcohol until noon.

Enjoyed a nice dinner at Toucans. First time here and we will be back. Lots of people but we were able to grab a drink from the bar before we were called. Looks like they might be working on a game room with arcade games for kids to burn some quarters. The view was nice and the atmosphere was great. Decently priced food and a good kids menu.

Great atmosphere! Felt like I was at the beach. Drinks were good as well. For lunch I had the Salmon Blt wrap. The salmon was good but overall the wrap was pretty bland. It definitely needed some type of sauce in it. I ended up dipping it in ranch. Fries were good. I will update once I go back and try different things.

Food was awesome. Onion rings are huge and very good. I'm not a seafood fan, but liked the grouper bites. My filet was cooked to perfection (not to red and not burnt, better than Big D*****) and even the potatoes were delicious and it's hard to find good mashed potatoes. My boyfriend said his fish platter was very good. Would go back and recommend

Awesome afternoon! The transformation of this restaurant is nothing less than spectacular! Absolutely love the new menu! Wasn't a fan of the Parrot's food, but the fresh seafood options and steaks are a huge improvement. Will definitely recommend and be returning soon!
