Workers so kind and welcoming!
The food was absolutely delicious and the employees were all friendly and helped us figure out the ways of Chick-Fil-A since it was our first time ever going to the restaurant. Donna was our server and she was very helpful and kind. I haven’t been to a restaurant with this friendly of an atmosphere in a very long time. Bathrooms were also clean and everything worked well. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys great service and delicious food.

I'm hearing that things are getting better. It takes some patience as this new location is still working at being efficient. It's challenging because I compare it to the Hwy. 150 location and it's just not the same. The food is good but so far the experience could still use some work. I hope everyone is trying their best.

Fantastic location with excellent staff. One of the best locations here in the area. Drive thru is easily accessible and the inside is clean. Very hospitable staff and excellent food. Only thing I wish they would change is the music inside should be the instrumental Mix of music that all other locations play. 🎶🎶

Pretty unexpected first experience. It took an amazingly long time to get food, though I know they're of course bound to be getting the kinks out. The drive-thru is rather confusing on one's first trip as there are two order windows like any other location, but then you're NOT supposed to merge together though there's no second window (they just walk out to the second lane) so that caused some confusion with the cars all around us and people just ended up going wherever lol. No playset. The food was hot and correct and the people were friendly, something no one else has mentioned yet!
Give them a chance to figure it out, Mooresville.
