Husband and wife team bake fresh every morning. They fill the donuts as you order and every filling I have tried is delicious. Their product is so fresh and tasty.
I asked my guests to take some when leaving or I would have consumed them all. Worth the few dollars more.
Better variety and value then buying a cake.
People should support this quality mom and pop bakery and skip the big corporate stores.

Very friendly staff. You can choose which fillings you desire & fill the donut on the spot. All donuts were fresh and each was large. Some of the best donuts I have ever tasted!

I Stopped by for the first time/as it was there Grand opening day, NC DONUT STAR by far the best.... I purchased 3)Boston Creams, 3)Huge Cinnamon Rolls, 2)Glazed donuts 🍩! I'll say this, the Boston Cream was the best I've had in years and years.. The staff were very friendly and professional and AWESOMESAUCE!!! Thank you for taking the time talking with me as well.. I'll definitely be returning ☺️. Conveniently Located next to Corine's Restaurant.... Stop by, they have a variety of tasty treats I know you'll enjoy... I traveled in from Columbia, SC and I damn near lost my mind, the place was very nice indeed inside and outside. Thanks once again..

The donuts are so good–honestly, I love them very much! For starters, I really like that you can get any type of flavor filling for the filled donuts as well as seeing the donuts get the filling in-person. Second, the variety of donuts–there are so many to choose from that you want all of them. Lastly, the taste and freshness of the donuts is great! Staff was very friendly for our first visit that I know I will come back.

Really yummy donuts made fresh every day! Staff is friendly and locally owned. The apple fritter, maple bacon and samoa donuts are my favorite! Plus you can get any filling you want! The cinnamon roll donuts are huge! Plus they had complimentary coffee that was deelish!
