Outback Steakhouse

We were seated immediately which was a pleasant surprise. As our waitress went to get our tea I opened up my napkin to be prepared to eat when I noticed my knife was dirty. I called the waitress over and she apologized and I told her that wasn't her fault she said we just had a meeting about this. She said she would tell what happened. Our food came out in a timely matter we had a bloomin onion, salad, my partner had sirloin steak which he said was delicious, I had a New York strip steak which I found it hard to chew. All I could say is if it wasn't for the amazing waitress I would have got up and left when I seen my silverware dirty. I did ask for the manager later to let him know that if it wasn't for her I would have left. he also apologized and I told him that mistakes can happen. For the money that was spent which was $60 I don't think I'll be returning no time soon I think Logan's is much better

Everything is always AMAZING. The clam chowder is 100 percent better than Red Lobster ever dreamed of. We always ask for the same waiter...his service is outstanding. All the food we have ever ordered has come to the table hot and the order is always 100 percent correct. Never, ever had anything to complain about. Coffee is magnificent and always hot. Still drive over 60 miles each time we go...it is SO worth it all.

Waited about 10 minutes for a table so that was great! Ordered chicken tenders for the boys, I had a salad and potato soup and my husband ordered a full rack of ribs. Be careful, only recieved half a rack and not a full rack. When asking our waitress where the other half rack was, she said that's a full.... I give 4 stars because the manager addressed our issue promptly and professionally. We will be going back soon.

We sat at the bar and ate. The bartender, Tyler, was so attentive to our needs, he got a nice tip and deservingly so. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was very good! Across from us was an elderly lady with her small support dog. It was so pleasant to see that!

All food was delicious, very friendly service. One of our steaks was under cooked, but it was fixed in a timely manor and was very vigilant on making sure we were satisfied with our dinner. Would definitely go back again.
