Fast service, good food. It was busy when we were there, so there were a few dirty tables, but they were cleaned fairly quickly.

For the first time in 29 years that I live in the states, I hear NORMAL, NOT LOUD very nice ambient music like in Europe. Way to go!!! Too bad I don’t live around here, but nevertheless, thanks for the pleasure of staying here without the need to scream on top of my lungs like in all other places, trying to outvoice the horrible loud noise they have on, especially Starbucks. Thanks guys, you’re the best????????????✊

I usually have no complaints, but tonight was ridiculous. I have no issues with your shake machine being down (but let's face it, its 2019 and the company should have figured out a way for this to not happen). But it was apparently down tonight, and I order via the app. Not only did anyone not come out and tell me that it was down, but when they got to my car, the two kids didn't even offer me a replacement. If you are out of something or something isn't working right, you should offer a replacement, in this case, soda, water, or even a frappe would have been acceptable replacements.

You guys need to train your employees better to offer the customer other options in case this happens again, which it will because as I said in the beginning, your shake machines are a laughing stock.
