    Chipotle is always pretty good. I'd say the service could be a bit better. I get people have bad days. But just being conscious of people's energy, and matching it.

    After experiencing more, I came to the full conclusion, customer service is the issue in this store... most definitely. This Chipotle is EMPTY at 3pm on a Wednesday! Look at chick fil a, striking diference... that's a problem...

    There’s some real bummers in this review thread.

    I haven’t been to Chipotle in forever and a day it feels like. I kind of forgot how I order. The guy behind the counter guided me through it and answered my ridiculous question about a protein. (Appreciate it man, that was a “duh moment” for sure.)

    Got to the register and the cashier was genuinely cool and personable.

    I know things are tough right now for the food industry between things like lettuce shortages, and suppliers not being able to provide everything as usual. Then, staffing is a whole other beast. Maybe not everyday everything goes as smoothly as it could.

    BUT, Today’s Chipotle was a treat for myself on a rainy afternoon. (Buyer be prepared it’s an expensive treat.) Today they had everything I asked for, and I really enjoyed it. The staff was phenomenal, (as I’m sure they strive to be everyday.)

    Thank you to everyone behind the counter - Lunch was great and I appreciate you all.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW & Updated Review under it:

    This cannot be the Chipotle that my fam loves.

    We both ordered the steak burrito bowl.
    We were told they were “out of rice.” Okay. $hit happens. Busy. Ran out of rice.

    Steak. 5 small pieces of steak. Ummm.
    So, no rice, 5 pcs of steak.

    I can see the bottom of my bowl. $12+

    UPDATED: Definitely improved!! My original review was a 1⭐️

    3 months later: I give them a 5⭐️

    Thanks for figuring it out, Chipotle :)

    It was okay. Took almost half an hour from ordering to us getting the food. Food was a mess and we were missing an item. Taste was again just okay, there are plenty of better Mexican restaurants around for the price and quality. Staff was friendly though.
