    Awesome place! They offer everything a family could want to enjoy a weekend getaway in the secluded mountains of Western North Carolina! They offer and have available boat and jet ski rentals, as well as paddle boards canoes to take out on to Bear Lake! They all forgot it hiking swimming tennis and AA Executive 9-hole Golf Course that was designed by Jack Nicklaus! As well as a variety and an abundance of Wildlife from turkeys 2 whitetail deer to Bears seen almost every morning and evening

    We absolutely adore Bear Lake Reserve. Our favorite place to go. Highly recommend!

    This is a great escape regardless of season. Highly recommend. Tons of great hiking both on and off property.
