The Hidden Valley Tavern

This place was awesome! Everyone was so nice right from the start. Our server was Allyson and she was great and had some good recommendations from food and drinks. I highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip and the key lime cocktail. Some of the best food I've ever had. The chef even came to our table to ask how everything was. While most places are raising prices and cutting corners on quality this place isn't. Was even decorated very nice with a 15 foot Christmas tree. Can't wait to go back!

First time here and it is our new favorite restaurant. We had the spinach and artichoke dip, bacon wrapped scallops, mushroom fettuccine with blackened shrimp, topped off with red velvet cheesecake. Our waitress, Ally, recommended the key lime martinis. Absolute best food we have had in a long time and the martinis were excellent. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting and everyone was so friendly. Great customer service!

Saturday evening we sat on the patio. So warm and inviting. We loved the heaters and fireplace. Brandon was our server. He told us about the feature appetizer, bang bang style pork belly and the Jack Frost cocktail. So glad he did! Both were delicious!
We chose to split the ribeye. Cooked to a perfect medium rare (thank you chef!) served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. That steak was so good! After supper we shared the lemon berry cake dessert. Decadent for sure! Looking forward to going back to try some of the other menu goodies! Thanks for an awesome experience Brandon!

Wonderful dining experience. We sat outside by the fireplace. The fire was warm and they were playing light instrumental music in the background. Our food and wine were delicious. We ordered pumpkin cheesecake for desert and our waitress brought us a piece of lemon and blueberry cake instead. We didn't tell her that she made a mistake and tried the cake. We considered it a happy accident because the cake was really good. We will definitely be back next time we come thru this area.

New place that is opening just in time for the change of the leaves and all the leaf peepers. The Hidden Valley Tavern has opened where the Game Keeper was located before and has kept the fabulous outdoor patio and fireplaces. New has patterns have been added to the patio along with a welcoming entrance with fall themed wreaths and hanging baskets.
The restaurant serves up a new menu that for included Cesar salad (with added chicken) and the Mediterranean flat bread with sun dried tomatoes, artichoke, and cheese. The crust was thin and crispy, not soggy, and held together well with the toppings. Unsweet tea is complimented by one of the few places to serve sweet tea and Coke-Cola products.
As of this writing in early October lunch is served from 11-3. As soon as other licenses are issued dinner will be served on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
The current wait staff are friendly and attentive. This will be a good place to revisit to see how the menu and the ambience mature.
