    Holy s#*t! This place is my new favorite spot. The beer is great. The food is amazing! Do yourself a favor and eat here. It's soooo good!

    The food is 5 stars. The C4 sandwich and the poke tacos are amazing. The burger was great, love the pink pickled unions. I mixed the habanero mango wit with 50% blonde ale to take the heat off and i love the combo. The sauce they give you are great you can crank up the heat on anything if you want. Check this place out if you're in Sylva

    Amazing attention to detail hand crafted food. Some of the most amazing tacos ever, but that doesn't really explain the magic of the sauces and pairings Balsam puts together. Great operation and delicious food!

    Amazing food! All made from scratch. Had their artichoke dip....WOW!! Garlic, artichoke, cheese. Perfect. Service was great. You can tell the owners of this eatery take a lot of pride in their work. Will definitely come back.

    Awesome food and friendly service! Tacos, burgers and salads are our favorites. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! The owners are truly nice people as well.
