Culver's

Culver's just opened and I wanted to see what the hype was about. While the burger, curd, and custard were good, I think Cookout has a better taste for a cheaper price. I ended up paying $12 for what I could get at Cookout for $9.

What I like is that the curd serving had large chunks versus many small pieces as seen at other restaurants. Unfortunately, they weren't very hot.

Out of the three, I enjoyed the custard best. I got a regular sized Health and salted caramel mix. Yum, yum.

What I anticipated most was the burger. Yes, they use fresh veggies, but it was missing something that makes it "juicy."

Overall, it was an experience waiting for my food in the drive through lane where we each get a number that we hang from the door handle or window, but it wasn't enough to sway me away from Cookout.

Upscale fast food. Burgers are fresh and good size. Real cheddar cheese. Had the double cheddar with bacon. Tasted like grilled at home. Juicy and not over done. Wish it was closer, better than cookout and highway 55. Real bacon. Will be back

I looked at the menu online before going to Culver's. I decided on a Strawberry Chicken Salad and Stuffed Green Pepper Soup. I chose to visit Culver's because of the "healthy options". Unfortunately, neither of these items were available so I had to order another salad and soup. I decided on the grilled chicken salad and beef soup. I liked both.

Burgers are made fresh with high quality local ingredients. The taste is unlike anything you can eat at any fast food restaurant. Varied menu includes burgers, salads, chicken and fish sandwiches, and the famous Culver's custard. Staff is friendly and helpful and the building is very stylish and modern.

Great food and custard! We love the cod fish dinner plate! Great staff especially STEVEN!!! He is always friendly and hospitable, very attentive and takes good care of us every single time! He should be commended for his exceptional customer service! Kudos to Steven!
