Lowes Foods of Clayton

Clean, neat, well stocked, huge variety of products, excellent produce, fresh seafood, butcher for meats and large beer and wine selection. Service goes the extre step with friendly staff from the deli crew to the cashier and all in between. Only negative is the prices are higher than other grocery stores.

Stopped here on a Saturday evening while in Clayton trying to find a specific kind of coffee. Didn't have what were were looking for but wound up getting 2 different types. Like thst they have the beer den and a good selection of beer and wine. They also have a decent selection of North Carolina products. Wish they would build one in Fayetteville.

A very well run grocery store. Well organized. The deli has great prepared food. The meat section is incredible. I love their sausages.
