Unforgettable Food Affairs: New Online Shop for Ordering Pick-Up

DELISH! Food just doesn’t get any better than this. Absolutely delicious, moist, flavorful chicken, stuffed with pimento cheese. I’ve placed my order for next week‘s dinners. ??

We used Unforgettable Food Affairs to cater a Gala back in December and the food was absolutely DIVINE!!! Definitely NOT your typical "catered" food!!! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food!! So, we ended up using them again for a Christmas party for our company. Everyone there also enjoyed the food....so much so that so many people went back for seconds and we realized we didn't order enough!!! THEN, we saw that she was making smaller meals and immediately placed an order. We got the caprese stuffed chicken, twice stuffed potatoes, caprese salad and broccoli salad.....everything was sooooo yummy!!! Definitely can't go wrong!!!! HIGHLY recommended!!!

We used UFA to cater our wedding, and we literally could not be happier. April and her staff made us feel welcome for our tasting, and the food tasted exactly the same at our reception (a big worry of ours). Both my wife and I are from Texas, so finding a brisket we approved of was phenomenal. We love the food so much we will likely host a random event for our friends just to have UFA cater. If you don't contact them, my commiserations to your tongue.

After a muck up with our first caterer, Krisin from the Landmark lined up Unforgettable Food Affairs with April and we absolutely could not be MORE thrilled. We have an array of complex issues to consider for our wedding, 2 cases of celiac and mix ethnicity. April, the owner, could not have been any more warm and receptive, making every request like it was second nature to her and her staff. We brought our children to the tasting as well and even they were thrilled with the food and food selection. We are so excited for our October wedding for our guests to try our menu. The food was beyond outstanding, as a 15 year resident of the RDU area, it was among the top that we have had. I would not recommend going with anyone else other than this amazing team. You will NOT be disappointed with the food and service. Maribel, one of her cooks, was there also and just an absolute doll. It spoke VOLUMES that the owner of the company was serving us as well. April and Unforgettable Food Affair is by far the choice for catering in the RDU area.
