Good North Carolina food. A Little pricey for Micro.
I've only been there 1 time, but it was good enough that I'll be back.
I ate here with my Mom and Dad for the first time today. The burgers and fries are good.
This place is amazing! It's the only place, within 30 miles of my home, that serves hoop cheese biscuits. My favorite! So needless to say, I go with the sausage patty- fried egg- hoop cheese biscuit and it's a whopper. They make all kinds and they're all homemade! Real meat, eggs, grits and so on. Handmade biscuits(not from a can) and platters made however you like. The lunch menu is great and they're always running specials. There's a drive thru and an inside eating area. I only wish they were open for dinner because that's exactly where I'd take my out of town family visitors!
It might not look like much but it's the best and friendliest service you'll ever get accompanied with a Home made REAL meal!

Hometown Fast Food, not fancy but so good
We wanted to avoid the fast food chains and spend our money at a hometown place. We found Jake’s on Google maps and we were pleasantly surprised when we got there. We ordered hot dogs, fries and sweet tea (free refills). The meal was cheap (~$10 for 2) and some of the best fries I’ve ever eaten. Everyone was friendly and the locals razzing each other hanging out here made our trip. Jake’s is just off of route 95 and perfect for a quick stop.
