Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Every time I go thru the drive thru window.
my food is warm almost cold. I love Bojangles.. but I refuse to eat food that's been sitting out so long that it's almost cold.

The food was good but the service not as much so. We went twice in 4 days and both times the order was wrong. Once they didn't give us what we paid for and once they gave us the wrong item.

I just have a quick question. Does the fry seasoning come out of the employees pockets? Like, if they use too much in a day, they pay a fine or something? Because the past few times I've gone, they got nothing on them. And if you politely ask that THICK sista behind the counter if you could have some more, she looks at you like you asked her for twenty dollars. And you already owe her twenty dollars. It's actually pretty great. That's why I keep going back. My wife doesn't give me the attitude she used to.

Our first trip there was great. The manager heard it was our first time and gave us all bo-berry biscuits. There were awesome! We'll definitely go back the next time we're in the south.

It was really good. They have made the chicken tenders WAY smaller than they should be for the price you pay. And my friend was given rice instead of fries when we went. So overall the food was about a 3 for the quality and accuracy we got. However the service was a 4 due to the mess up with his order and how long they made us wait for something he didn't even want.
