    The food here is great, the establishment is clean. You are helped right away. I ordered online and waited about 2 min. All my food was hot and delicious. Highly recommend. I ordered the honey butter chicken sandwich, fries, and drink.

    Fantastic service! We placed a catering order for an event and had a wonderful experience. The owners stayed in contact with me through the process and even called to let me know they were stuck in traffic on the way to deliver. Even in the pouring rain, there were smiles and great service from Zaxby's. The group loved the food! The cookies were delicious. The tenders were hot. The chips were crisp and flavorful. I could not ask for better service. Then, a few days later, they followed up with me to make sure everything went well after they left. I will gladly use Smithfield Zaxby's again!
