Great food, great team, and never afraid to be up front if things are behind or if something happens. They are always willing to help in any way they can. Their management team (Datwan and Craig) are rockstars and will handle any issue brought to them.

I ordered a speciality pizza without mushrooms and sadly discovered it had the fungus I disliked all over the pizza. After I called this specific location about the order, I was answered with an employee named Craig. I told him my complaint and for the first time I was told, “I actually messed up, I did that”.

I’m giving five stars even though my order was wrong because he took full responsibility for the fault versus saying it was another member. It would have been easier to blame someone else. Huge props to Craig! I can only hope the rest of your employees take accountability like you do. The integrity of Craig makes me give 5 stars, not because of the fault. He is only human and as humans we make mistakes. Comments shouldn’t always be negative!!

I really like this place. Having a pizza shop in the neighborhood is so convenient and it's always hot and fresh. It's not even a bother to just go and pick it up. Everyone is so nice and they know us by our order now!

I order from this place once a week. I have only had a couple of bad experiences. The first was about a year ago, and it took them about two hours to get my order to me. I’m about 2 miles from them. I even called several times during that time, only to sit on hold and eventually hung up on. The second bad experience was tonight when I opted to pick my order up. I walked in, paid for my order, and walked out with two hot and fresh pizzas. The issue was that my 2 liter of Coke was not handed to me. I know, I should’ve remembered and asked about it. But, I had 3 kids in the car, and I was just trying to get home. I called them when I got home and realized that I forgot it. I asked them if they could make a note of it, she said “I don’t think so”. Then apologized and hung up. This was obviously my fault, as I should’ve remembered. But, a little better customer service would’ve been nice. I’ll keep ordering from them, because they do a pretty good job. I just wish the employees seemed to care more.
