Foods great new owners very personable very willing to serve the best food they can.

Expectation management...this is a fast casual place. You wouldn't say the food was bad, but great is a bit of an overstatement. The Yaki Chicken was good, but the chicken and shrimp hibachi was underwhelming. The shrimp was frozen and you could tell by the taste. The rice was good, but the canned carrots were way to sweet and drew away from the over all dish. I would like to see the chicken marinated instead of thrown on the grill with the sauce dumped on.

The service was fast and the establishment was clean.

Staff is a bunch of idiots that never get orders right

The food is always great and we order from her at least once a week. The only negative is they are always understaffed and the guy at the register is always answering the phone while you are waiting, talking to someone in the kitchen, or puts you on hold when you call to place an order. But the food makes up for the inconvenience.
