    Love it...the manager is on point ahead is very nice and she keeps the place clean and runs a tight ship

    UPDATE: I have found out by going in to check on the female employee that this awful employee has been fired. Thank you management. I will come back to this store now and I've changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because the food is good.

    I just had the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. A few hours ago, my fiance went in and got 3 subs for himself and our 2 kids. There was a mix-up with the people in front of him that he had to wait for but no big deal. He waits, pays, and goes home. They get home and find that my daughter has the wrong sub.....she has the person's in front of them he's guessing. He calls me at work to tell me because now our daughter has no dinner, he's leaving for his job out of town, and I'm on my way home. So I stop by the store on my way home to hopefully get this resolved. We live 10 min away from Subway going the other direction from my work, I might add. There are a few people in front of me. The guy (who I find out is named Vincent) backs up to the bread and says "What can I get you?" I say "I need to talk to you" I don't think I need to be saying this loudly for everyone to hear and he's not close to the counter to have a conversation. He doesn't move and repeats "What can I get you?" So I say again "I need to talk to you". He looks a bit irritated and comes closer. I explain the situation...that there was a mix-up in front of them, which also more than likely mixed his order up. I added that my daughter should have gotten a Spicy Italian but got a ham/cheese with some orange sauce. He understandably asks if I have receipt. I tell him I don't as I haven't been home yet since I live 10 min the other way and just got out of work. He told me he couldn't help me until I brought back a receipt. I told him I am describing the situation with every detail and maybe he can look it up in the register history. Again he tells me he can't help me without a receipt. It is almost 7:00 at this point and my 9 year-old hasn't had dinner. At this point the young lady taking a customer's payment tells me that she thinks it was her that made the error and they can help me. The guy tells the girl he won't make it and to call the manager. He absolutely refused to help me. I stood there while he continued to refuse to help me and continued to be rude and sarcastic to his co-worker. So she came out from the side door in the back, called me back there, and apologized for his behavior. She asked me what I needed and went back through the side door to make it. I now see and hear the guy (Vincent) carrying on with an attitude in front of about 5 other customers in line about the situation and being very disrespectful as he's waiting on them. It was so childish, unprofessional, and very passive aggressive. The girl makes my sub and comes back crying and says she has called the manager to let her know what's happening. I told her I was filing a complaint and tried to calm her down.
    This guy had the worst attitude I have ever seen at a customer service job. He treated me terribly, he treated his co-worker terribly, and then other customers had to listen to it too. When I was leaving, 2 people who were in line also left, before even ordering. I am absolutely appalled that this guy is allowed to even wait on the general public. I will absolutely never come back to this store and I pity that poor girl who has to work with him.
