Hokkaido restaurant

My wife and I went on a friend's recommendation, and what a meal ! We had appetizer's, crab Rangoon, seaweed salad and the pork dumplings (fried) all were very delicious and then the PHO!!! we were both blown away by the flavor the wife had the Pho Ga and I had the House Pho and with chili oil at the table it was ready cant remember the last time a meal tasted so good together, we will be going back

As soon as it’s served you know it’s going to be a great experience! Wonderful aroma and beautiful display make for an empty bowl every time we go to this restaurant! Make sure to ask for the homemade Yoyo Laos sauce for a little bit of spice and great flavor. This is the authentic ramen and rice we needed in Sanford, strongly recommended. Also the employees and manager are SO nice and service is great. Big thumbs up 👍

Wow, what an amazing experience we had today at Hokkaido! Myself and a few coworkers have been waiting on them to open for weeks now and today was finally the day. The inside of the restaurant is very nicely decorated and the place was spotless. The service was outstanding with our drinks never getting past half empty without a refill. We started with the crab rangoons and they were hot, light, crispy, and so delicious! The owner came over and offered us some edamame because we were the first customers they had and it was so flavorful, by far the best edamame I have had. I had the Tom Yum with seafood. It was light and flavorful. It had a mild spice, I will ask for some chili oil next time to kick it up a notch. The seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. The menu isn't expansive which is a great thing because what we had today, they knocked out of the park. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes, especially the appetizers!
