Very nice service!!! The atmosphere is fantastic. Good prices and worth your money.

There were very few people there when we were there. My potatoes came out so cold they stayed solidified in their ice cream scoop shape. The wrong dressing was brought out for the salad. Our server was good, but there were a lot of other servers wanting to chat with him since they had nothing else to do. The staff was very friendly.

I don't like giving reviews because often negative reviews are vindictive. Average food at best. Restaurant had odd smell from carpet I suppose. Waitress was nice.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE. I haven't bought anything in a while and decided to order food online. My card info was stolen. I woke up with someone making seven charges with my card at three different places. The food is amazing though. So make sure you order inside.

One thing about this restraunt chain, the food is consistent. I have eaten at several and found this one to be as good as any.
I had a steak.
It was cooked exactly as I ordered it. My potato was excellent as was my salad.
My wife had some sort of rice bowl, don't ask me why, but she seemed to enjoy it after she requested some sauce for it.
So, as usual the food was pretty good.
The highlight of my experience this meal was our server. He was professional and attentive. He made small talk but not enough to be a bother. He checked on us frequently and made the whole affair relaxing and effortless.
So the clear winner of the evening was my service.
Take note, Fatz has stepped up their game and I for one am grateful.
