Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

My first time at this restaurant and I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in. They let me sample the roasted chicken bites prior to ordering. The roasted chicken bites were flavorful, juicy and delicious. I also enjoyed the grilled chicken salad. There are less stars because I anticipated larger portions.

It was very nice and clean. And the Chicken was really good. I would go back there again. the employees were friendly and helpful.

It' s convenient. Drinks tasted like they were watered down. No complaints on the food.

Either the previous person has had terrible experiences or I have always amazing experiences because this Bojangles is AMAZING. Their customer service has always been top notch since they have moved. My orders have always been right (more than I can say for KFC) and the one time I had to wait for 10 minutes for a drive through order, I was given 2 drink for free while I waited, as well as 2 extra pieces of chicken, 2 extra biscuits, an extra order of family size fries, and an order of 6 Bo berry biscuits all for free after taking 10% off the whole order. I couldn't be more satisfied with them. I will definitely recommend this Bojangles in Franklin to anyone.
