The salads are always free and taste amazing, the chicken and pasta both come in excellent serving sizes, and the servers are always generous. If you haven't eaten here, I promise you the rolls and butter are delicious.

This place must have a revolving management door. When the manager is good, things are GOOD. Been there twice this week and they were OUT OF FOOD.. and with nobody in the restaurant.. So really disappointing.. We had to keep ordering until the waitress said "Oh yeah, we are not out of that"... amazing. Also it is not nearly as "clean" inside as it use to be.. again... somebody doesn't care... UPDATE.. went back they had the FISH, said the truck came in late.. The lady told me that they are having great difficulties finding workers. I can believe it.. every store in Franklin is looking for help and nobody is filling the positions..

1st visit. Service was very slow, for not being busy. Had to wait 15 minutes to have our waitress come and take drink order. While listening to the two couples around us tell the manager about their boot tough steak. Then I decided on a hamburger which I get when ordering somewhere new. They were borderline overcooking it. No juice left at all. I read the reviews afterwards. I guess that it is hit and miss depending on cook, and staff working. Sometimes your meal can be borderline, but good service will make up for it. Two strikes don't help in this matter. Dine at own risk.

Traveling through Franklin with no idea where to eat, we were fortunate enough to chose Fatz. We had a very nice Sunday lunch. I watched our server, Megan as she juggled everything from bartending to serving to cashier duties all with a smile. Extremely efficient and just the right amount of friendly.

My husband & I were looking for an alternative late night dinner (other than fast food) & decided on Fatz. My husband had the fish platter which was such a large portion that we had leftovers to take home. It was delicious. The baked potato soup was excellent & the fries & Cole slaw were very good & seasoned well & hot off the grill! I was delighted they had my favorite wine (moscato) & their fried green tomatoes with cream cheese grits were amazing. I got the chicken wrap which was delicious as well & also enough to take home for seconds. Before we left, the manager (Louis) came to our table to introduce himself & ensure all was well. He was pleasant & very informative on their other specials as well. We will DEFINITELY be back. Finally a good place to eat in Franklin (even late night)!
