Amazing and affordable pricing. The young lady on the phone spent extra time with our family to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Great family atmosphere, very clean and staff wear masks, I will be returning often! I would Recommend to all .

Everything we had was delicious! So. Much. Food! The best salsas available in western NC, hands down! They have an open salsa bar, so definitely check out all of it. The staff and the owner, Alex are extremely friendly. They also have door dash available in FRANKLIN! This will very easily become our new favorite mexican restaurant around. Must try!

Delicious tacos! We had chicken, steak, lengua and al pastor was our favorite. The salsa and guacamole were super fresh and the salsa bar was a hit. Chips were good and we will definitely be back!

How can I even start..... first i could not decide on what to order from such delicious menu. So I order ceviche for appetizers,(smart decision) it had shrimp and I added octopus to it came with a mix of herbs, lime juice and perfect seasoning. For my meal I order 7 mares for my wife which she love it and could not had enough of. But yet it wasn’t enough ahaha so I order a torta ala plancha that did not disappoint while me and my split a fridas tortas. So this long review to say that if you like some delicious authentic Mexican cuisine this is the place. I drove 45 min just to come here well worth the drive from Highlands.

The location is in beautiful Franklin NC. It was easy to find and very accessible. When you enter you are greated by a very friendly, well dressed staff, clean atmosphere and the smell of cooking chilies seasoned meats and corn tortillas in the air. After being seating you are given a basket of freshly fried tortilla chips with homemade salsa, there is also a salsa bar if you need somthing with a little more heat. I highly recommend asking for a bowl of their speacialy beans and some queso dip to complement the lovely chips. My wife and I ordered a torta, some tacos and some chalupas, all of which were some of the best I have ever tasted. You will not be disappointed by the quality and friendly service you receive at Frida's & Diego's.
