Excellent steak, excellent gyro, excellent burger, excellent onion rings, and even their sweet tea...Excellent. They're not technically a cash only place, but you supposedly get a 4% discount for paying cash....which only means you're being penalized for using your card. I'm NOT fond of that policy. In fact, it really annoys me, but I LOVE their food so much! Sadly, an excellent steak OR burger, IS harder to find than you'd expect now-a-days.

I had eaten a yummy veggie burger & fries from here last year and remembered they also had homemade brownies for 50¢.

Today I had an intense chocolate craving and decided to call to see if they still sell those brownies. They do, and they're still 50¢ a piece. I had 62¢ on me exactly so I was excited to get one!

I happened to walk in 2min before closing and (who I assume is) the owner offered me the whole tray for the change in my hand since he didn't want them to go to waste.

Very surprised, I happily accepted his offer and brought them back to work to share with all my coworkers and customers. We are all SO happy and are sure to be return customers at Rollie Pollie due to their delicious food, great service, and generous attitudes.

Talk about good, home cooked food, this is the place in down town Franklin NC. Wonderful menus with good prices. Portions are very nice. Didn’t leave hungry at all. Country fried steak is real steak. Mashed potatoes still had skins in them. Sawmill gravy was to die for. My wife has Rib Eye steak. Fixed just right. We will eat here a lot!

First time dining with them, but won't be our last. Started with their amazing onion rings then I had a wonderful chicken wrap and my husband said his bacon cheeseburger was equally delicious too. We ate outside and our serve was really great. After shopping in several stores afterwards, many of the local shopkeepers recommended them also.
