Highlands Smokehouse

Highlands Smokehouse is a must have !! They offer a variety of smoked meats as well as good country sides. Everything was very fresh and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. All the staff was extremely friendly, and it made the whole environment very welcoming. I will definitely be going back!

Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed good food , service and facilities. Plenty of parking in the back. Outside eating available. . I had the Sunday special fries chicken. Cooked well but tender inside, good smokehouse beans. Burger are double patties cooked to perfection. Other favs at our table were mac n cheese, onion rings and collards. *drink station set up is perfection! See you soon!

You'll miss this place if you're driving too fast...and THAT would be a mistake! My group found this while riding our motorcycles in pouring rain.

We took refuge here, then marvelled at the characters who guided us through the many options available to you from the menu. Everything we ordered tasted great and beer/drink selections are eclectic and fun.

Stop here for some great food, drink and cheer. Highly recommended!

I checked reviews before trying. Someone said best ribs they ever had and I thought, yeah right, in Highlands??? Well, they were not kidding. I've had a lot of ribs and I can say they may be the best I've ever had. Definitely the best in recent memory. Beans were good, ocra was crispy and good, cream corn was great with a kick. excellent and friendly service at the bar. Wife had the brisket sandwich which we both agreed was good but did not come close to the ribs. Big piece of choc cake was delicious. Will be back often.

A Great BBQ joint doing it right. Not only do they have the classics but also some very ingenious creations as well. Food was good in good size portions and good service. There's a reason there is always a line here. Curious about something just ask they will give you a sample.
