    Cashier did not know her job. There were 6 in our group. She had trouble with all of our orders. Not only did it take forever for us to order but was not charged for all our food. The roast beef sandwiches were excellent when we finally got then

    I have actually worked at this Hardee's before and I can remember when it was ran very smooth and there was not too long of wait times for customers. Each burger is made fresh to order, which means there will definitely be a small wait time. However, the "goal" time is 3 minutes (in drive thru), from the time you pull to the speaker to the time you drive off with your food. I'm hoping that with new management this place can thrive again. There have been some horrible managers in the past that have given this Hardee's a bad name, but I think with the right team they can definitely turn things around and make it an enjoyable restaurant for customers.
