Rio's Mexican Kitchen

Was looking for a good Mexican restaurant closer to home as we live just outside the college, off of Gabriel's Creek & this was perfect & the food was well worth it. It was absolutely delicious! Our food was cooked to perfection! So glad we were able to go!!!

I think I just died & gone to Heaven. Just now finished eating the “Pollo Feliz” (which literally translates to Happy Chicken) and boy did this Chicken make me Happy. Please come try this place out…you won’t regret it. The owner came to our table and he is Young, Handsome and Super Sweet. Give him a Warm Welcome & Congratulations on Amazing Food! Here’s to many profitable years of Great Food to come! 🍾🍻

Really good food, great menu with lots of choices. No complaints. Just maybe let people know their check, to go orders, and such are waiting near the bar. We waited for a while wondering.

We have eaten at Rios several times since it opened. Fish tacos are great. Green sauce is excellent. It is a small dining area but they are about to open up more space for tables. They do not have beer yet but hopefully soon. Also the portions are generous so lunch could be shared to make it a thrifty meal.

Having recently moved back to the area since living in Austin I'm glad to finally find a good Mexican food place in the area. Don't come here expected plain meat and cheese like most of the Mexican restaurants in the area.
