    Good food, and they get it out quickly. Customer service is usually pretty decent but as with any place there are a few bad eggs. This past time the girl serving us was fairly rude.

    This is by far the most mediocre Zaxby's I've been to in Marion, North Carolina. The chicken was almost as good as I would expect from my drunken uncle cooking it. The service... Well, that could have only been worse if no one was working. They cooked my food and I received it. I can't say it was my worst experience at a restaurant but it wasn't my second worst either. Fried chicken, French fries, Cole slaw. Give me a fork and I'll chow down.

    Excellent customer service. Michael was very attentive to our concerns with a zaxby’s order from another store and corrected the issue immediately. Michael was very professional and attentive and made sure we left as happy customers. Thank you for your help and don’t pass up an opportunity to visit this excellent Zaxby’s location.
