Drew's Diner

I love Drew's diner. They are your main go to place for simple American comfort food. I really enjoy their customer service there. They are wonderful and of you would like something that's not on the menu you can always ask with no problems.

Food is hot, fresh, and delicious. There is a wait sometimes for the food, but it’s well worth it! Your food is cooked to order which makes for a better dining experience. The beef and liver mush are sourced locally. They have daily specials which are homemade and sometimes sell out because of their popularity. Get there early or call for the specials, which consist of Meatloaf, Cube Steak & Gravy, Chicken & Dumplings, Pork Chops, Spaghetti, Vegetable Beef Soup, Chili Beans, Chicken Pot Pie, and more. Service is friendly and welcoming. The servers are hard working and have pleasant attitudes. I’ve never gotten a bad meal here. The restaurant and restrooms are clean. I feel their prices are reasonable! A lot of the items are homemade. Biscuits and gravy are amazing! Omelettes are huge. The club sandwich is huge and filling, so delicious. The burgers are the best in McDowell County! Real beef, fresh toppings! I want one just thinking about it!!
I highly recommend Drew’s. The new owner has worked hard at making the food and dining experience well worth your time and money!

I drive a truck and spent the night on the lot, never ate there until this morning. Food was real good and the waitress was awesome. Menu looked to have a big selection for all day. Restaurant was very clean and well decorated. As I was leaving alot of locals were showing up for breakfast. Will definitely eat here again. If you drive a truck, there is a big lot for parking, but it is gravel and Sandy dirt, with some VERY big holes in lot, just be mindful when stopping

The food was inexpensive and delicious. Our waitress was kind and informative. Clean bathrooms, nice atmosphere.

Great food, really nice staff and a clean home town family feel. With all of this how can you go wrong?
Enjoyed a really large well priced breakfast and saw some other amazing looking meals being served at near by tables. We will definitely be back to try everything we can. Please post your sides and specials on a bigger board we missed out simply because we couldn't find the board. This is a must stop place.
