I was blown away by how well done it was. I was not expecting to find a high quality experience in a tiny small town but it was. The coffee was excellent, lattes for us, and the breakfast burritos were awesome. The pastries come from down the street at 4 Sisters and everyone will rave over the cinnamon rolls. The help is really good also. My only complaint is it doesn’t open until 7:30 am :( That is way past time for my first cup.
Got a wonderful complimentary cup of coffee with a superb orange-cranberry cheesecake square. Service was friendly, too!
I can't say enough good things about The Ride House! I had to run my bike in due to a small issue and Chad Schoenauer was amazing. He explained everything he was doing as he was checking to see what was going on with my rear wheel. He explained how he was making adjustments and made sure I understood. He also checked over other parts of my bike and explained how to do some regular maintenance (chain lube-checking my brakes). He let me have a hands on tutorial because I learn better by doing. Super friendly experience and educational which meant so much, since I am a woman coming in to a bike shop with limited technical experience on bikes. The service was great and the Ride House has a great selection of coffee, drinks and food which works perfect for post ride! I highly recommend everyone come and check out Old Fort and bring your bike to Chad!
Chad did an excellent job on a frame swap for me. He kept me updated on the progress and got it done quickly.
Loren was GREAT!!! She needs to be paid for helping people have a great experience. She went out of her way to help us find good restaurants and lend information to help us along our way. She would be an asset in the public relations department.
This place is great even if you don't ride. Sit back and relax, get a coffee and biscuit, and take in the folks coming off the trails.
