    The store and service was great. Rating is based on the food item I purchased. Chicken bites bowl -- had gotten it before 3 years ago a couple of times. Chicken was rubbery texture and hard to cut/bite into. Thought maybe it had gotten better -- no luck on that front.. I think the meal is actually worse than before.

    Probably one of the best Bojangles' I've gone to in Charlotte. The staff is nice and the chicken is actually fried well. Not too hard but not too soft. Just right. Also one of the managers was funny, but remained professional throughout.

    When you need it fast and confident. Great spot ,clean and customer friendly.

    The people here are really friendly. They don't have to fake being nice and say some BS like "My Pleasure". And their customers don't block the road like Chic fil a next door.
