    Miss Cheryl is the perfect manager ! Her attitude is always sweet and the cook lud makes my food perfect every time ???? definitely my favorite Waffle House !

    Over all Waffle House has a better menu. I go once or twice a month and there seems to be either new items or new specials to try. Meals don't seem to be thrown together as I remember growing up. Ultimately they are still Waffle House just better. I have the Touch Tunes app so its pretty cool to control the jukebox from my phone (even the employees don't know). Also, try the pecan waffles they aren't on the menu.

    Best Waffle House in Charlotte, hands down. I love Waffle House as a general rule, but this one is truly stand apart from the rest. The crew is phenomenal. They are always super friendly, fast as a bat outta hell, and the food is always up to par. We drive out of our way to go to this specific location every time. When we decide to do Waffle House for breakfast, it has to be this one. It's that big of a difference.
