    Ordered pizza. After about 40 to 45 minutes I call and they say it's going to take about an hour compared to the estimated time of 25 to 35 minutes. I said I can't wait that long and he said "okay" and hung up right away.

    Real customer service mvp right there.

    Edit: saw the reply from new management and thought it would be unfair to leave it at 1 star; however, I won't be in the area anytime soon so I'll leave it at 3 stars change if necessary.

    Food fresh and hot. Delivered food within the time frame they told me. Drive was professional.
