(March 13, 2019, 7:03 pm)Nothing But Noodles is quickly becoming my favorite noodle joint in the Charlotte area. Their amazing selection of base dishes plus additions allows you constantly try a totally different combination. I would absolutely recommend giving them a shot if you haven't been before.

(March 7, 2019, 8:59 pm)My husband and I just moved here from Houston and this was one of the first places we ate. I was so excited that they had a variety of noodle dish options! I got the Pomodora with grilled chicken and it was soooo good. I was able to get 3 meals out of this! You definitely get what you pay for! Wish I would have got a picture but we took it to go.

(December 23, 2018, 2:10 am)Excellent. I had the Thai Peanut noodles with beef. Lots of veggies, very delicious and very spicy. They also have American & Italian style pasta dishes and salads. First time here, reasonably priced, moderately quick and served in nice bowls.
