    If you're looking for world-class eating with exceptional service, Goose is your man. I trusted him blindly to help with my event and he helped me every step of the way from planning the menu to eating. He made the party truly memorable for everyone there.

    The food was AMAZING!!!!! People kept telling us all night how good the food was. Everyone was getting seconds and everyone loved Goose. He’s hilarious and such a pleasure to work with!

    Goose catered my son's rehearsal dinner event and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Goose was fabulous to work with, addressing all my needs and taking care of all the details. The BBQ was amazing, tender and delicious with just the right amount of "burn"! The smoked bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers were to die for - a crowd favorite! And all at a price that can't be beat - best valued BBQ by far! I hope I have an opportunity one day for Goose to cater another event for me, my family or friends. I'm definitely spreading the word!
