(April 1, 2019, 1:42 am)I’m not too sure why they have so many negative reviews. For starters, their location is in an amusement park. They can not dish out fresh food every minute. Especially with their location being available on the Dinner Plan for Carowinds. The portions you receive are very big. More then enough for two people. The ordering system is also very simple. You scan your gold pass and it applies your dinner plan pass. Pick your items (you have two options with the Dinner Pass) and then you receive a ticket. Unless you buy a drink or something extra, you just sit or stand and wait for your number to be called. I love the original cheesesteak sandwich and their fries are to die for. I always make sure to order extra cheese sauce because that stuff is DELICIOUS. This is probably my favorite place to get food from in the whole park. I definitely recommend it to those with or without the dinner pass.
