Fiesta Maya Mexican Restaurant

Food was okay.... I wasn't impressed & probably will not visit again. It was nearby & I wanted to support local businesses. However, the customer service was good.

Our family has gone to Fiesta Maya for years and have loved the food and service. On a lunchtime trip a couple months ago, however, we had a bad experience with service. We had to ask our waitress several times for more chips, napkins, silverware, etc. We noticed that she and several other girls were near the kitchen talking and looking on their phones instead of waiting on their customers. I didn't see any of the usual servers (only the main manager) so I guess they've had a lot of turnover recently. When my friend approached the waitress and manager, she was spoken to very rudely by the waitress, and unfortunately, the manager didn't really have much to say. We have not been back since, and I hate it because we have always loved the food, but bad customer service can't be overlooked. I hope they hire some better workers!

A group of us went unintentionally for national Margarita day! The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was a little slow but I'm pretty sure our waitress wasn't actually a waitress. The overall experience was good.

This place has been a local favorite of mine for so so many years. If you love local restaurants, "mom and pop" places, then definitely eat here! Food is great and the staff truly cares about what they're doing. Love this place, you gotta try it.

They have a wonderful chips and salsa and cheese dip. However we couldn't wait 2 hours for order to be completed. I will be back because I'm curious to see how good the entrees are but a very long wait.
