Kabuto Japanese Steakhouse, Hibachi Grill and Sushi

Aldo is the most amazing waiter ever!!! He tells jokes to my daughter and she loves him, too. Always an amazing experience. We are now regulars thanks to Aldo! Make sure to request him!!!

Bismark(cook/entertainer) is by far the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. I go to many Japanese places and he outdid them all. The food tasting excellent and the sauces being correct (not watered down), definitely helps! Keep up the great work!

I have never been to Kabuto, so I didn't know what to expect, but I have been to other performance restaurants so I judged this experience against those. The experience started poorly for me when I walked in and smelled gas from the grills...I didn't expect that and it gave me an instant headache. The chefs didn't speak at all (no entertainment or interaction) which was odd. We had a big group and I expected some fun and games. The food was delicious and I enjoyed watching it being prepared! There was a ton of food, we all took leftovers for lunch the next day. Good value for the price.
