    3 stars for the wait to take our order at hibachi table. We had a full table, the place was empty on a Tuesday night. We waited nearly 30 min to get order taken. Food was good and hibachi cook was very fun w tricks and interacted great with the kids. They had the most fun. Lots of food in hibachi combos.

    I am not able to speak for those who have had a bad experience here, as personally I have not had one. As a lover of sushi, I do not like anything that is low quality, and here it certainly is not.

    I have always had a great experience here, whether I am getting hibachi, lunch, or sushi. The service has always been consistent and the speed in which orders are sent out has always been great in my experience.

    I much prefer this Fuji location to a different hibachi place that is a bit closer to where I live.

    I have never had a bad meal from there. In fact the owner of this restaurant is super nice and friendly she also owns red ginger in uptown Charlotte. The noodles are great it’s never mushy and loaded with veggies. The atmosphere is very relaxing and has a great ambiance. Their sushi is pretty tasty and that’s coming from someone that doesn’t care for sushi but as a first timer it was pretty good.

    Fuji is, without a doubt, my absolute favorite Japanese restaurant. I have been here so many times I've lost count.. And have yet to have a bad meal, or a bad time! The staff takes care of your every need and request almost instantly. The hibachi chefs all are extremely talented, and bring their own flair to the table ( literally ). It is great to sit down with complete strangers, and end up feeling like family by the time the meal is over. It's truly a great place, and a guaranteed great time!

    I was so impressed with this restaurant. Michael who cooked for us was so pleasant. He has great Customer Service skills. This was my first time and I can't wait to go back. This place is a 10 plus with me. And its hard to get a 10. Great food and great Customer service your going to love this place. Go and enjoy and if you get a chance ask for Michael. Keep up the good work
