Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Restaurant was busy and server was all over the place. Have had better service at other Red Robin's. Could have been either the server or a location problem.

The food was good but the service was horrible... The waiter hardly came to the table... I ordered a second order of the bottomless fries when I first got my food and I was already finished and sitting there for almost 10 minutes before the waiter came back and said "oh did you get your second order of fries?"... Um no... So a few more minutes passed and I finally got my fries... Not to mention when i was out of drink I was almost finished with my meal before he noticed and brought me another drink.

Currently at 3.8 which I think is fair for this location. My standard order is the whiskey river BBQ burger with, of course, bottomless fries. Burger was okay, a little dry even with the bbq sauce, and the fries were hot and delicious. Service was superb as well. My wife and I went kinda late on a weekend and were probably the only people eating in the whole place.

We love Red Robin. This was the first time here at this location. Service was awesome. Our waitress was awesome. Only suggestion I have is to please make sure you are serving hot French fries. The last few times we have been to a Red Robin, the fries were only warm. Other than that, a great place for a great burger!!
