Cuzzo's Cuisine

Stumbled across this place by accident and was pretty happy. The aroma as you enter the restaurant gets you excited for your meal and continues to build until it arrives. It takes a little longer than you would expect for ordering what I considered a pretty standard item off the menu, but again, there could be many reasons for that. The food tasted pretty good, except the sides seemed like they were sitting under a heat lamp while the entree finished cooking. All in all, I will return.

The food (BBQ Chicken/w fries) very good. The prices were reasonable and the workers were pleasant. Overall a good experience. I'm sure that I will return there when I'm on that side of town. They had a big lunch crowd, I found that to be encouraging for my 1st visit there. It took a minute for them to call me for my food but you can't rush greatness.

the reason I took down the 1 star is because I spoke with the owner. She is a very driven, focused, easy to talk to, pleasant woman. She understood my concern and made sure we were on the same page even the conversation was over. I do recommend this place because the food is good but like every business there is something to improve on. As a black business owner, she will continue to be successful because her care for customer service and putting out quality meals.
