Wendy's

The food and service where fine. I do not know if it is the staff or the customers that should be blamed for the place to have trash laying all over the place. Also, I did not like the fact that two boys where hanging out; being obnoxious. The staff seems to think that is okay and takes time to have causal conversation with them. Next time I will be speaking to a manager, so I can get the number for the district office.

This Wendy's location is just off a busy location on Highway 16 and about a quarter of a mile from the new 485 extension. The personnel and the counter in Cashiers are extremely funny with great personalities and although this is a nationwide food chain they make you feel like you have entered into a specialty restaurant if that's even possible. With their big smiles and charming personalities they make you feel at home and welcome to the weary traveler. The restrooms are clean, the facilities are tidy and I would highly recommend this Wendy's location on the westside of Charlotte.

This Wendy's was surprisingly busy for 3:30 in the afternoon, but the staff there were more than pleasurable and accommodating. They showed extreme patience with a few guests who had a difficult time communicating what they wished to order and the woman working the register was very kind.
