Chipotle Mexican Grill

I like going to Chipotle the food is pretty awesome, however due to their location being in the mall they stay packed. This isnt so horrible because the line does move relatively quickly. However, when I order gluten free, I have noticed they skip some food safe handling practices that I notice other locations take. For example, they do wash their hands and change their gloves but they still use the same utensil that were used when they handled the wheat tortillas, which for someone with a serious allergy like myself can be deadly. This is not just a one time observation but something I have noticed repeatedly.

Great service quick and made to order very best

I love Chipotle but the store in the food court isn't quite to the same standard. To be fair, it always seems busy - which means staff are under more stress and the store tends to run out of ingredients more often if you visit near closing. Still a great place and still great food - but I tend to avoid this location if I can.

Food was good. Attitude of the service could be improved - they could learn about courtesy from the crew at the golden arches. Other locations perform better.
Followup note - went recently and the service was good that time.

I went yesterday at about 2 pm. Their opening time is 10:45, not 10 and that is understandable. They are not a breakfast establishment. The service was quick and friendly. My portions were very generous without my having to ask for more!
The food was fresh and hot. I also took note of the Health rating, which was a 98, so they must be doing most things right from that end, as well. I was really surprised at the bad reviews. My experience was totally different.
