Alpha Omega Grill & Pizzeria

Personally, I can't recommend it right now, after having a poor experience. I think it was mainly just inexperienced staff, so they can easily improve.
We had a very long wait to order, then it took over a half hour for the staff to enter the order into their system. When we eventually got our food, my meatball sub was just 3 small meatballs covered with a lot of cheese and sauce. The roll it was served in was perfect, so I again think it may have been due to inexperienced staff combined with a rush of orders. I do wish them luck on improving/training their staff.

I can't really think of anything negative to say. Right after a movie at Starlight, you can cross the street to it directly. I suppose if it was busier then maybe the service might have been worse. But for first time job waiters at 16 years or so, they did fine and we're courteous. The establishment is clean and pretty open spaced so it's not hard to track down your waiter. Good for parties of 8-10 and they also divide the restaurant so you can have a more private booth accommodation if that's your liking. The wings were jumbo sized and the pizza was DELICIOUS. Crust was crispy and soft and the cheese was plentiful. I was hoping for a thinner pie but they don't advertise NY slices so I'm not disappointed! Lastly, I ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza which says they use a buffalo sauce base. I asked if they could just do marinara and drizzle the ranch and hot sauce on top and they simply said, "done". We were finishing up our meal around 9:55 pm and not once did they make us feel like they needed us out of there. Awesome!

The older woman who took our order was the sweetest, cutest lady ever. I will come back just for her. Also the food is great. Fantastic customer service

Got the buffalo chicken wrap, it was yummy. would order it again. the owner/owners wife talked to us while we were checking out, SWEETEST woman ever. nice family owned place. will be back.

Absolutely amazing food. Customer service is wonderful. Family oriented restaurant. I really just love how sweet and nice the employees and owners are. I recommend to anyone.
